I’m really excited to share this book with all of you as it gets to the heart of a widespread problem I see in business.
Execution is hard!
Great strategies are created, but it’s really hard to decisively put them into action.
What often happens is that a huge investment is made at the beginning to define the strategy, and then there are exciting goals clearly defined at the end.
But there is a lack of focus on the Middle! The middle is where reality kicks in and transformation happens — or doesn’t.
