Execution is at the heart of the Strategy into Action program.
If you know what you want to do, but are having some trouble doing it consistently, I can work with your executive team to get everyone aligned and executing - fast.
How? We make sure the strategy is super-clear, and the specific actions to implement it are defined. We resolve the persistent questions and debates that block action, and stall growth. We make sure that assignments, resources, and ongoing communications with the whole the organization are clear, concrete, and motivating.
In a series of 1-1 and group assessment meetings, offsite workshops, follow-ups, and ongoing communication plans, we'll create a trackable action plan with measures, specific tasks, behaviors, and accountability necessary to execute your strategy and make it stick.

Another key element of putting your Strategy into ActionTM is to make sure your leaders are ready, willing, and able to personally drive the strategic change you need them to make.
The biggest challenge organizations have is to stop doing what they are currently doing and to start doing what they need to be doing. It's counter-intuitive, but the businesses that scale are the ones that stop doing some things so they can focus on strategic change.
In a series of 1-1's, offsite meetings, and coaching follow-ups, we'll lock down fuzzy or lingering decisions, say no to low value work with high confidence, identify obstacles and weak support, measure and track accountability on the right outcomes, and communicate better across the board.

In a series of workshops at all levels, we will work to define and build your Business Brand to reflect the behaviors and values of your leaders and employees. It's motivating. It gets people to care and invest their emotional energy in the business.
