Can I upgrade from Podcast-only Membership to Full Membership?

Yes. You can upgrade your membership to full membership at any time for $99. Because full membership gives you access to the whole library of podcasts and materials from past years, we don't pro-rate the upgrade price when you upgrade mid year, so it's a much better deal to go for full membership up front if you are tempted.

Membership to Azzarello Group comes with a "Usefulness Guarantee".

All Azzarello Group Products and Services come with a Usefulness Guarantee. If you do not find your purchase to be useful, you have 90 days to cancel and get a refund. Just Contact us.

Can I buy a single podcast?

Yes. Individual podcasts are available for purchase. Just browse the member library and click to download the podcast you wish to purchase. If you are not a member you will be given the choice to join or to buy the individual podcast.

Can I buy a single set of presentations and worksheets?

Yes. Individual Presentations and Worksheets for each webinar are available for purchase as part of the "Complete Webinar Files" download. You will also get the podcast. Just browse the member library and click to download the Presentation & Worksheets you wish to purchase. If you are not a member you will be given the choice to join or to buy the complete webinar files for that month.

Can I join the Coaching Hour for just one month?

No. The Coaching Hour is available to Full Members only.

As a member, do I need to register for for the webinar each month?

Yes. It's a quick step. It works the same as it has in the past.

Each month you will receive an email invite to the next webinar containing a link to register. You just enter your name and email and you will be sent the calendar reminder and dial-in information for the webinar. And you will get notified as soon as the podcast is available for download.

How do I participate in the Coaching Hour?

Each month there will be a Coaching Hour with Patty Azzarello.

As a Full Member you will receive an email invitation each month containing the dial-in information for the Coaching Hours. You do not need to register for The Coaching Hour.

This will be a different conference line than the monthly webinar which is open to the public.
