How much does your job take advantage of who you really are?
I feel like my real personality is not appropriate for work, so I change who I am at work into the "work-me".

I am myself at work, and it doesn't seem to be a problem, but I believe that if I want to get ahead, I would need to act differently.

Most of my job suits my strengths and personality pretty well, but I feel like I need to tune how I come across in some situations when I need to make the right impression.
