Water Buffalos
Heifer International
Azzarello Group Contributes a percentage of top line revenues to Heifer International.
This is a unique charity which has been around for more than 60 years which deals in livestock.
Families all over the world, who have nothing, are given livestock: a goat, or a water buffalo, a cow, a flock of birds, or many other gifts of a livelihood.
The animals provide food to eat, as well as products and offspring to sell or share with others in the community.
I read one article where a man in Asia said, "If I die, my family will miss me. If my water buffalo dies, they will die."
So far, thanks to clients, Azzarello Group has donated many animals including water buffalos, oxen, cows, llamas, goats, flocks of birds, rabbits, honey bees, and more to families in need around the world.
It doesn't seem like we do much to solve world hunger in our day to day work, but this gives a chance to make a huge impact for one family at a time.
Katrina Rebuilding
Azzarello Group Contributes a percentage of top line revenues to Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans. I feel it's important not to forget that many families are still without homes.
