Thank you thank you thank you. As a high achiever I am always struggling with doing things &quot;for me&quot;, as opposed to getting more work done. I almost took review documents with me on a backpack/hike trip this weekend. Good thing paper is heavy and I left it at home! Instead I sat beside the Ghost River in a deserted canyon and actually thought about what I needed to be happy. But - I felt guilty.
Thanks for the reminders. It&#039;s not only OK to de-stress.  It&#039;s required.</description>
