I intuitively knew some of this when I started my career back in my teens, but it would have been great to follow this course of action as a discipline right from way back then (when I was indestructible...Ha!). Still, it's never too late!, right? And, I'm going to make it a point to reach out to others as a mentor, because they may not know better at this atage in their lives. It's a key component to progress, and should be taught right from 1st grade. Thanks for sharing... Great insights.
