		<description>Oh hellz yeah!  I have been dealing with every one of these situations.  I&#039;ve had to remap my path on a few things while keeping the desired outcome as my target.   The lack of information when I need it is frustrating.  So I&#039;m making as many of my own decisions as I can.  So far, no one has told me to stop :-)  This was very reaffirming.
