		<description>I completely agree, some of my biggest challenges as a leader is working out where the talent is and invisible people are either overlooked in good times or overboarded when times get tough.

On the topic of presentation, equally (more?) important than the opening is the close - whether it&#039;s closing on a point or closing by asking for something or obtaining their buy-in.</description>
