I’ve had a great career in technology, starting with engineering, sales, and marketing roles, and ultimately navigated the ranks of middle management to become a General Manger and CEO.
I have an amazing husband and wonderful family.
I was very fortunate to have a achieved a lot of success at an early age, so I had a choice to make. Get another big job, or do something different.
I decided to respond to a specific leadership void I saw in the business world:

Patty Azzarello’s Professional Background
Patty has more than 25 years of experience working in high tech and business. She has held leadership roles in General Management, Marketing, Software Product Development and Sales, and has been successful in running large and small businesses. She has significant international management experience. Throughout her career, she has also coached small business owners, in achieving breakthroughs in their success.
Patty Azzarello became the youngest general manager at HP ever at the age of 33. She ran a $1B software business at the age of 35 and became a CEO for the first time at the age of 39.
Patty's prior roles have included: Vice President and General Manager of HP OpenView,, Chief Marketing Officer for Siebel Systems, and President and CEO of Euclid Software.
Patty is highly sought after as a coach and as a public speaker because people learn real and tangible things that they can put to use right away. She has a surprisingly plain-speaking and practical manner, a welcome sense of humor, and she makes a genuine connection with people.
